Leah was waiting for Dad to draw her bath so she put on her robe and Mom snapped away.

Leah visits LI

Grandpa Saul was so excited to see her - he got a little silly.

And then he wanted to make sure Leah understood how happy he was to see her. Can you see me now?!?!

Linda and Saul gawking at their grand-daughter.

It is obviously love.

Leah clams up

We requested a solo . . .

but she isn't a show pony.

suck it

I was holding Leah in my arms around the apt, I look down and next thing I know - she is sucking her thumb! How cute!

More Leah Action

Leah in "action"

For some reason, she sounds a little like Elvis.

Nature Girl

Leah and I took a nice peaceful walk in The Ravine at Prospect Park today. Here she is enjoying nature.

And here she is enjoying a nap. (yes, it is her same look as when she is enjoying nature).

Mark your calendar!!!

Leah's (post-bath) attire for the day has a very important message.

"SAVE THE DATE! My Bat Mitzvah - 2021!!!"

She is getting in some zzzz's now to prepare for the party!!

And another photo because, honestly, this may be the last time she wears this outfit - the girl is growing!!!

Bathtime (again)

Yes, our second bath post and no - not our second bath. . . this was actually the third one and third time is the charm. However trite that may sound, it is true when it comes to Leah and baths. She didn't scream and scream (and scream) as we lowered her into the water or as we washed her. I wouldn't say she enjoyed it (did I mention the second half of bathtime when she. . . ahem, screamed?!) but she did better than the last two times (screaming from beginning to end). In any case, it's all worth it to see her this calm, clean and beautiful (if I say so myself).

Babies are not toys

But sometimes when you look at this face:
You have to do this:

Leah got so excited for her first sip of beer that she put on her "I am drunk" face and well, she fell asleep.

Adorable Leah (according to her onesie)

These photos should make up for the crying photo in the last post.

She's just cute

Leah and her dad

Is that a Snapple Iced Tea bottle or are you just happy to see me?

Our friends from the enclave of Bronxville came to town for their Leah meet and greet.
Here's Vicky with Leah.

And the entire brood below.
Galia, 3 years old and Neve, almost 1.
(And that's Leah on the right taking a little rest.)
There's also what looks like a humongous bottle of Snapple Iced Tea in the shot, but please be assured it is just a weird angle and the bottle is normal size. It could also look large due to its proximity to Leah's head - which looks terribly tiny compared to the bottle.
