Dad's new camera

Dad got a new camera at the end of October and only now did we find the time to upload some of his great shots.
Below are some samples.

She's a swinger

Ok, so it sounds sordid. But, like this blog title and post, it is not.

Leah was chillin' on her swing today and we thought everyone would like to see. Maybe we thought wrong, but oh well, sometimes parents aren't perfect. Please don't tell Leah.

Thanks to Deb for grabbing this awesome swing for us!!!

Culture

We got a dose of culture today at the Brooklyn Museum of Art with friends Aliza and Orli.
Although Leah slept through our entire stroll through the Gilbert & George exhibit, our glance at the soon to open (in mere hours) Black List project as well as our quick walk through the American Art collection, we know she appreciated the fine art. Parents just know these things.

Bunt. B-U-N-T. Bunt.

Why is it called that - can someone provide answers? Well, it really doesn't matter because she looks just adorable here - dontcha think? We will call it whatever it is called.

Baby's first Halloween

Leah celebrated her first Halloween casually in this onesie that says it all.

We watched the Park Slope Halloween parade - the largest children's parade in the country and we look forward to future years either joining in the walk down 7th Avenue or again as spectators.

Later that night friends, Felix and Orli came over for a photo shoot that had all the moms and dads in a giggle fit!

Felix is wearing a tie because he was "Teddy Bear Stearns," his mom was "Fannie" and his dad, "Freddie." We think Felix should always wear a tie!
Orli was dressed a shrimp sushi.
Click here for her "in costume" photo.

Leah was disguised as the treat last night though we just want to note: she's a treat not just on Halloween but on each and every day!!
