Another explanation of when to call your baby a "toddler"

When your little girl begins to wear two pigtails instead of one ponytail!!

(the other definitions are when your baby starts walking or turns one)

We are going to show Leah this photo when she says, "Hey Mom, hey Dad. . . what do I look like with my eyes closed?"
